The Project

Our client aimed to cement its position as one of the leading research centres for immunology and transplantation in the world. To achieve this, they desired a prestigious new building. This would be on the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust Campus, London.

The new building will house the Royal Free Charity offices. It will include 3 floors of cutting-edge laboratory space and a patient hotel. The Pears Building will bring together expertise to give individuals access to the latest advances in medical science.

Buro Four are providing project management and employer’s agent services for the new institute building. Our role will extend through to the handover of the new building in addition to ensuring the original brief is reflected in the new facility.
