A sensitive and highly sustainably refurbishment and extension the existing structure of Millennium Bridge House to create a flagship building located adjacent to Millennium Bridge in the City of London, a prime office location for the city market.
The project involves a Cantilever to the South facade, a roof extension, replacement of all M&E services, new external envelope and extensive refurbishment of the internal office space.
The block will boast views of the River Thames and St Paul’s Cathedral and will include a roof-level restaurant and a roof garden. In addition, there will be new retail space which fronts Paul’s Walk and Peter’s Hill.
The scheme was praised by the City of London Corporation at the planning committee citing a design that sensitively enhances a unique location and provides benefits to residents and visitors alike.
