The building was completed to Cat A with a design that featured exposed services and a rooftop terrace with views of Hyde Park and Marble Arch.
We led the delivery of works within a highly challenging location within the Westminster Conservation Area, close to the Grade I Listed Marble Arch, and in close proximity to London Underground tunnels and nearby construction works.
It was short-listed for a number of awards including BCO and British Construction Industry Awards.
