A new Purpose Built Student Residential (PBSA) development in Manchester comprising 737 student residential beds spread over 23 storeys.
The development is part of a wider masterplan comprising 700,000 sq ft of lab space and almost 2000 student bedrooms in collaboration with Kadans Science Partner, Property Alliance Group and Moda Living.
Occupying the former Citroen site on Upper Brook Street, the site is conveniently located near both the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University Campuses.
