Project description
Delivery of 106 homes (33 one-bedroom and 73 two-bedroom apartments), of those 54 will be made available through shared ownership. Situated in New Islington on the northern edge of Manchester city centre, the development is in the much sought after area south of Ancoats and the Northern Quarter. The project has delivered a mixed, balanced, diverse, and sustainable space; with the facade design a direct reference to the historic warehouses that used to be located within the immediate surrounding area.
