Realising the vision for a Town Centre Experience in the heart of Stretford. The new development will create a place to shop, work, play and stay, which is greener and healthier and has improved connectivity to link all neighbourhoods.
This inclusive dynamic mixed-use development will create a new thriving community. With sustainability at its core, we are aiming for a self sufficient town centre.
Phase 1 sees the overhaul of the 1960’s Stretford Mall as well as the revitalisation of the historic King Street with new signage, shopfronts and facades to provide a thriving high street.
Improved transport links, pedestrianised streets, more greenery and open spaces with better connections to the Bridgewater canal further enhance the development.
