Project description
Transformative urban masterplan delivered over multiple phases creating a stunning new gateway to the town from the station.
Phases included:
Phase 2 – 115-bed hotel, a 50,000 sq. ft., five-storey award winning office building with ground floor retail space including a Sainsbury’s and much improved public realm outside Stockport train station.
Phase 3 – a further 61,500 sq. ft. of office space with retail on the ground floor.
Phase 4 – c. 64,000 sq ft commercial office and a 398-space multi story car park with a living green wall and rooftop solar array.
Phase 5 – 60,000 sq ft offices targeting BREAAM Excellent and Well Gold with space for retail and leisure.
Phases 6, 7 & 8 – planning consent awarded for 185,000 sq ft of commercial office space and up to 100 apartments.
