Project description
Project Manager for the design and construction of two new laboratory buildings on the Begbroke Science Park, totalling 135,000 sq. ft. The buildings set the precedent for the future vision of the park to elevate it to a global leading science and innovation location, attracting world-class talent.
The building uses are split, with one building intending to provide facilities for a number of University of Oxford’s science disciplines, and the other provides multi-occupancy commercial use, with spaces for incoming tenants that complement and expand on the existing building uses on the science park. In addition, there are a range of amenities such as a new cycleway, car park and public art installation to complement the development.
