The Project
The English Cities Fund is a joint venture between Muse and Legal & General. Together, they developed a mixed-use masterplan to rejuvenate a large area of Salford. This was the first phase of a scheme that will eventually see over 1000 units developed in the area.
The works at The Slate Yard comprised of three residential buildings. These are 10, 16 and 21 storeys respectively, totalling 424, build-to-rent units. Within them are communal areas for residents, including an exclusive dining room and kitchen available to book.

We were approached to provide project management advice for the project. Upon completion 50% of lettings were secured within eight weeks.
