The Project

Quadrant Arcade is the only shopping arcade on Regent Street. As part of The Crown Estate’s wider vision for its Central London portfolio, the refurbishment of this Grade II listed arcade aimed to revitalise and ‘breathe life back into the space’.

This was achieved through the creation of a striking open façade, the installation of new curved shopfronts and the removal of an existing structural column at Regent Street, which previously obscured the entrance into the Arcade.

The works also provided seven retail units which have been refurbished to shell and core standard, and feature new terrazzo flooring, inspired by tiles found in Pompeii, and a series of lights designed by Jason Bruges Studio.
