Project description
An attractive new gateway to Newbury with high-quality homes for to meet local need.
The development, located between the railway station and the City Centre, provides 232 Build to Rent residential homes across a mixture of apartments, duplexes and houses. All have been designed with energy efficient features helping you to reduce your consumption, whilst keeping bills and emissions low.
The project also involved infrastructure and car parking facilities for both the Council and Network Rail, in addition to increasing pedestrian links between the station and the town centre.
