- Pickford Gate, Interchange, West Midlands – RLAM in partnership with Graftongate will develop this 52-acre site to deliver 645,000 sq ft of new employment space, comprising industrial and logistics, manufacturing and research and development facilities. Buro Four provided Pre-Acquisition Due Diligence advise and are providing an on-going Client Representative role.
- Enderby Logistics Hub, Leicestershire – RLAM in partnership with Canmoor will develop this 82-acre site to deliver 1,200,000 sq ft of floor space across five buildings targeting a BREEAM Outstanding rating. Buro Four are providing an on-going Client Representative role.
