Project description
Significant transformation of a Central London building to provide a stunning new 142,000 sq ft HQ for Anglo American and De Beers Group.
The re-imagination of the site involved part demolition, strip back to structural frame, redevelopment, reconfiguration and extension to maximise the usability and efficiency of the building for users.
The building features 110,000 sq. ft. of office space, catering areas and a welcoming suite for clients as well as some specialist and bespoke facilities.
