The Project
Established in the 1960s as a private gaming club, the iconic casino required extensive refurbishment whilst retaining historic features.
The project involved maintaining the traditional feel whilst carrying out refurbishing work across two floors. This included structural work, improving the circulation throughout the building and the introduction of a new terrace on the second floor roof.

Buro Four provided full project management and employer's agent services for the venture. The works were completed whilst ensuring the day-to-day operations were not affected by the renewal of the site.
