Our client has a vision of creating “the best hotel for the best luxury location in London”. Following the decision by the US government to relocate their embassy, Qatari Diar had the opportunity to purchase the area for their vision to become a reality.
With the US Embassy relocating, it creates a unique opportunity to re-imagine an area that was previously closed to the public. The iconic Grade II listed building is being repurposed into a luxury hotel with 137 extraordinary guestrooms. This will be complete with a spa, gym and a 900-person ballroom, complemented with a public realm and extensive high-end retail space.
We are providing Project Management and Employer’s Agent services, including for the public realm landscaping works in the vicinity of the site as part of the wider redevelopment of Grosvenor Square.
