One of the most rewarding parts of my job is bringing individuals together, getting the best out of the collective skills around the table and making each team greater than the sum of its parts. Having worked client side, I often draw on this background and perspective to challenge how things can be done and to value progress. I’ve applied my experience across a number of sectors but, more recently, I’ve maintained a particular focus on tall commercial and residential projects.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family (and trying to keep up with my kids). Outside of this, I can usually be found playing sports or failing to breathe life into my classic car!

In my day-to-day work, I predominantly deliver large-scale commercial projects. Even on the more challenging ones, I find a lot of enjoyment from the opportunity to add to my experience, learn from colleagues and work with a range of people from all different backgrounds and sectors.

Outside of the office, I like to get out and play squash with my local club.
