The delivery of a new, modern office space to allow Quilter to consolidate their five owned businesses into one office.
Buro Four undertook the process of building negotiations, landlord and tenant approvals and the briefing, through to delivery of a new office space that provides the functionality for all the businesses that occupy it. We led the design, procurement, and construction of the project, managing the briefing and interaction with end-users and providing support to the leadership team within Quilter. We embedded ourselves with the client, providing experienced leadership when making decisions on both the design and the procurement.
The space includes offices, open plan meeting rooms, conference call functionality in every room, and is compatible with agile working practices. It also provides a head office for company leadership, amenity space, catering facilities for staff and a private dining area for clients.
