Construction has started on site at Buro Four’s project, Swansea Arena
The project, part of a wider regeneration of Swansea City Centre has begun construction. The finished project will see a 3,500-seat multi-purpose entertainment venue built, along with a car park and associated landscaping works.
The arena will be operated by our client, Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG), and will play host to live music performances, large-scale comedy shows, theatre productions and conferences. This will add another music venue to ATG’s portfolio of nearly 50 entertainment venues across the UK, US and Germany.
Construction started on 27th November, within 24 hours of the contract being signed. The arena will open doors in 2021.
