The Project
One of the world’s leading law firms, Clyde & Co, planned to increase the organisation’s efficiency by consolidating 700 staff from three different buildings into one Central London location that would become their main UK home.
Buro Four were appointed to manage the Cat A and Cat B fit out of the client’s stellar new office set out across four floors. The project involved elaborate and striking new office space, meeting rooms and client-facing areas. The top floor was designated as the ‘heart space’ with improved staff facilities and casual client-facing areas that wraps around landscaped terraces providing spectacular views across the city.
We seamlessly integrated with a project team that was already in place after being appointed at the end of the design stage. We provided project management and contract administration services. As part of the brief we also had to ensure the other tenants remained fully operational during the works.
