Our client wishes to build a brand-new, deluxe hotel in place of an aging car park just off of Oxford Street on Marylebone Lane. In addition to providing a luxurious place for visitors to stay, the hotel will also become a social destination for the surrounding community. It will offer state of the art health and wellbeing facilities, culminating in a swimming pool and rooftop terrace.
The project involves the demolishing the car park, replacing it with an eight-storey hotel with 205 guestrooms and suites. The Marylebone Lane Hotel will also provide a large events space in the basement and plush restaurants and bars.
We are providing project management and employer’s agent services for the project. The finished hotel will also transform the wider public realm by providing improved connectivity from the hustle of Oxford Street to the fashionable Marylebone High Street.
