The Project

On 240 acres of parkland lie the extravagant Coworth Park and its glorious out-buildings. Dating back to the 1700s, when it played host to many lords and members of royalty, Coworth Park House still stands the test of time and was even chosen as the venue for Prince Harry’s stay the night before his wedding.

The works at Coworth Park involved the complete conversion of the historic site into a lavish five-star hotel. This included converting the boutique country house and former stables into 70 bedrooms and suites, as well as refurbishing the 16th century, grade-II listed Dower House, described by the Dorchester Collection as ‘the jewel in Coworth Park’s crown’. The site also contains a luxury spa intelligently constructed into the side of a hill.

Having initially been recruited for the initial stages, we were a natural fit with the client and our role expanded into full project management services from inception to completion of the Coworth Park development.
