The Project
A pioneering new office fit out in Birmingham’s Colmore Building for one of the world’s largest law firms as it expands its operations across the UK.
The 23,110 sq. ft. fit out provides an open-plan template for working, and minimises the need for
private office space. The new workplace is an interchangeable open space, with a variety of different options that adapt to specific task requirements. Modules can become open-plan, rooms can become an office or a phone room - there is a system of flexibility built in. There is also a welcoming front of house area and a range of collaboration and social spaces.
