The Project
Our client's vision was to provide luxurious homes that would create a sense of community amongst the tenants. Our client referred to it as ‘neighbourhoods in the sky’.
The project involved a new-build, 31-storey residential tower with 190 units. These ranged from studios, to three-bed apartments, to a glorious penthouse. The communal facilities include a superb residents’ club lounge, a gym, complete with swimming pool and spa, and an exclusive cinema.
Initially hired to advise the client of the key issues in purchasing the development, the role expanded into development monitoring and employer’s agent services for the duration of the project. Canaletto Tower won multiple awards including best residential high-rise building at the UK Property Awards
