7 Air Street involved the phased redevelopment of a Grade-II listed office building and formed part of The Crown Estate’s £1 billion Regent Street regeneration scheme.
The project featured the redevelopment of two Grade-II listed properties into a single, upgraded 45,000 sq. ft. office. This contained combined level floor plates, a rooftop extension and a new reception. Three retail units were also amalgamated into large, two layer units, creating 10,000 sq. ft. of prime retail space.
Buro Four provided Project Management and Employer’s Agent services for 7 Air Street. The building received various sustainability awards and achieved a BREEAM rating of Outstanding.
