The Project
Charles Russell Speechlys was formed in 2015 as a result of a merger of two city law firms. Our client sought a new city base that would bring the staff under one roof and foster a culture of collaboration in the newly formed organisation.
Buro Four were appointed to refurbish and fit out three levels of two separate buildings forming their new headquarters. The works at No. 5 Fleet Place included a newly dedicated reception with an open plan meeting and dining area. At No. 10 Fleet Place the office was refurbished to hold 175 desk positions, various collaborative spaces and a break-out kitchenette.
We were appointed to provide full project management and contract administrator services during a 12-week construction programme across both sites.
