The Project

Our client, a market leader in the legal sector, wanted to use the opportunity of a London office move to an adjacent building as the catalyst for change to transform working practices and technology, and to create a more flexible and effective working environment for their staff.

Withers wanted to adapt the way they use their London office. This meant changing from a traditional, cellular layout to an open plan, agile and activity based working environment, along with improved facilities for staff, including a fully fitted kitchen with a staff restaurant, showers, bicycle storage and more. The office was fitted out with a striking client lounge and highly flexible conference space that allows for three events to take place simultaneously.

Building on a strong relationship with the client, we were approached to provide full management of the project to be delivered against a driven schedule, ensuring sufficient time for wide-ranging consultation with stakeholder groups.

The project has been shortlisted in the Best Fit Out of Workplace at the 2019 BCO Awards.
