To unlock the potential of a dated 1970s building, transforming it into a desirable modern office workplace within the restrictions of a UNESCO World Heritage Site whilst being wedged between two listed buildings.
The redevelopment involved taking the building back to the structural frame and adding an additional storey to the 4th floor with the largest private PV array in Bath and a new double height reception.
We provided full Project Management and Employer’s Agent services, in addition to managing the OJEU procurement of the team and main contractor. The building was pre-let at record rents for the Bristol and Bath market and was shortlisted for both BCO and RICS Regional Awards. The project has the largest Private PV arrays in central Bath.
