Buro Four are providing Project Management and Employer’s Agent services for the 398,000 sq ft highly sustainable mixed-use scheme comprising a 206,000 sq ft office element and 45,000 sq ft of residential for sale at 100 St George Street in conjunction with Native Land. The development will be highly sustainable and is targeting accreditations including BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS UK and Net Zero Carbon.
Pro-active Project Management
We were appointed at the construction phase and immediately took a pro-active approach to understand and consolidate the project aspirations and limitations in order to develop an achievable delivery strategy.
By interrogating the programme and the requirements for handover of each of the blocks, we were able to bring forward the handover of a number of units for private sale.
