The Project
17 Charterhouse Street is a notorious building, once believed to be home to 90% of the world's diamonds. The building is now being re-imagined as the new headquarters for Anglo American plc and the De Beers Group.
The project involves the part-demolition of the existing building, and the exposure of the structural frame. In addition, two floors will be removed, and then reinstated. The building will be completed to Cat B fit out and ready for occupation in 2020.
Buro Four is providing Project Management and Employer’s Agent services for the duration of the project.
