Project description
The refurbishment of the landlord / common parts within a multi-tenanted office building that remained operational throughout the construction works. Works included full renovation of reception, ground floor, stair cores, lift lobbies, bathrooms, cyclist facilities and modernisation of the passenger and goods lifts.
The building is located on Deansgate, one of the oldest thoroughfares in Manchester and a prime location for business and retail in the city centre. First built in 1997 the building has since become dated, the new space now reflects the people and flexible working requirements identified in today’s workplaces.
