The new Stanley Street multi-storey car park at New Bailey has been shortlisted for the Best New Car Park in the British Parking Awards 2019!

Having completed in December 2018 this is the second multi-storey car park to be delivered at the English Cities Fund’s Salford scheme; Buro Four were also the Project Managers on the New Bailey Carpark nearby which was a winner at the British Parking Awards in 2016.

Operated by NCP, the new car park offers 633 spaces, including six electric charging points and 20 wide bays.  The new site also offers the latest customer-focused payments facilities, including Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR).

Phil Mayall, regional director for the North West at Muse Developments, said: “It’s great news that after completing in December, our new Stanley Street car park is already shortlisted for an award.

“Its impressive design is providing a striking backdrop to the rest of the scheme, as well as offering additional parking for the many businesses and residents relocating to the area.”

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at the Royal Lancaster hotel on Friday 8 March.
