We are delighted that Millennium Bridge House for Beltane Asset Management has achieved planning permission this week.
Buro Four are Project Manager and Employer’s Agent on the development which sees the sensitive and sustainable refurbishment and extension of Millennium Bridge House to provide over 350,000 sq ft (GEA) of office and retail space and significant improvements to public realm.
The flagship building will include a new roof garden and restaurant and boasts incredible views of the River Thames and St Paul’s Cathedral. The scheme was praised by the City of London Corporation at the planning committee, citing a design that sensitively enhances a unique location and provides benefits to residents and visitors alike.
