Julian Kent recently took part in a debate surrounding consultant’s challenges of BIM Level 2 delivery. The debate was jointly-hosted by Construction Manager Magazine and the Centre for Digital Built Britain. Various figures from the industry took part in the debate that uncovered a series of issues, along with suggestions about how each participant would help consultants improve BIM Level 2 delivery.
“At early stages of discussions with clients about projects we should be doing a root cause analysis and looking at what we want to capture. Not every client is informed, so it’s about asking the right questions in a format they understand.” Julian Kent, Buro Four.
