We are delighted to welcome Martin Smith and Martina Concordia into our business as Project Director and Assistant Project Manager, respectively.
Martin joins Buro Four with over 20 years’ experience in the data centres and critical infrastructure sector and will become part of the team driving a dedicated offering for data centre and critical engineering-led projects. Martin has a wealth of experience having delivered multiple new build, expansion and upgrade projects across the globe for clients including Colt, Digital Realty, British Airways and JP Morgan.
Martina comes from an architectural engineering background and has an ardent passion for design and sustainability. She has studied and worked worldwide including in Italy, Czech Republic, China and the UK, working on city masterplans, and architectural, cultural and residential projects. She will be joining our team to deliver high-quality residential schemes for clients including Grainger.

Having come from a client background, I understand the sector-specific drivers and issues, particularly managing and maintaining the development pipeline to meet demand. Buro Four has the core skills and tools to address the challenges posed by the pace of growth and can add real value to data centre clients’ projects and processes”.

I have always lived by the motto “make it simple but significant” and I strongly believe Project Management has a key role in influencing and leading the sustainability of construction projects. I can already tell that Buro Four will give me the platform to help realise this and to make a difference”.
