Buro Four’s project 100 Union Street recently won the Alliance Award 2018 at International Construction Project Management Association (ICPMA) Annual Awards in London.

 

The ICPMA Annual Awards Programme is committed to the spread of best practice in construction project management. It recognises world class delivery of projects, and also the role of innovation in raising quality.

The “Alliance Award” is given to those projects that demonstrate excellence in undertaking construction project management and this award is evaluated using the 7 principles of “the better way.”

100 Union Street is located on a brownfield site adjacent to a Network Rail viaduct, the 4-storey building consist of piled foundations, concrete frame and brickwork, along with aluminium industrial style glazing. It presents approximately 25,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space, with exposed services, raised timber access floors and acoustic slatted timber internal cladding.
