Project description
The transformation and re-purposing of a 1980s former office, clinical research and storage facility on the Stevenage Bioscience Campus to provide a flexible building with 68,350 sq ft of tailor-made offices and laboratories for biomedical start ups, scale ups and mature companies.
As well as modular and flexible office and laboratory spaces (up to CL2), the facility includes collaboration spaces, a communal welcome area, enhanced meeting rooms, waiting rooms and breakout spaces.
The project was a BCO Regional Winner in the Recycled / Refurbished Category.
