14MW Data Centre

The site consists of an existing live operational datacentre, client offices, and a vacant warehouse. Works involve the alteration of the existing warehouse, with the external façade to remain unchanged while a new 2-storey structure shall be constructed within the existing VERA fallow space of the warehouse. This new structure will consist of 6 No. data halls with a total IT load of 14 MW, and a mixture of external and internal areas to be utilised for plant and machinery.

Buro Four are Project Manager and Contract Administrator for a new two storey structure to be formed within the fallow warehouse space. This will accommodate six data halls with a total IT load of 14 MW and supporting plant and circulation space. Targeting BREEAM “Very Good”.
