Project description
The site consists of an existing live operational data centre, client offices, and a vacant warehouse. Works involve the alteration of the existing warehouse, with the external façade to remain unchanged while a new two-storey structure shall be constructed within the existing VERA fallow space of the warehouse. This new structure will consist of six data halls with a total IT load of 14 MW, and a mixture of external and internal areas to be utilised for plant and machinery. The project is targeting BREEAM “Very Good”.
